Removal of Conditions
For marriage green card, individuals married for less than two years will be admitted as a conditional permanent resident. During the 90 days before the second year of admission as a conditional permanent resident, the couple must file jointly to remove the condition. After the Removal of Conditions the married individual will be a lawful permanent resident.
I-90 Green Card Renewal or Replacement
Lawful permanent residents (“Green card Holders”) whose “green cards” have been lost or have expired must apply for a replacement or renewal of their “green card” with USCIS by filing Form I-90. It is recommended that lawful permanent residents with valid cards apply for renewal at least six months before the card’s expiration.
B1/B2 Tourist Visa
